Let's demystify Yoga for our Reformer Pilates people (and vice versa for our yogis) 🔎

The two modalities may seem very different, but they have more overlap than you might expect. Take Pilates long stretch for example: in yoga we call it plank pose to downward facing dog! The approach may be more fluid in yoga, but both variations rely on a strong core, active legs, and an engaged upper back and shoulders.
