I've always been a fan of servant leadership, having bosses that don't mind meeting staff where they are and coming down to our level when times are short to lend a helping hand! As a , , business owner, , I am not exempt! Today I had to care for a 95 year old patient of ours and she needed tons of laundry done! Of course I showed up and went to the laundromat after 15 years of washing at home! Of course I played musical washing machines to be sure I don't over or under fill the washers. Of course I had to call her and she called me twice to be sure I had all the clothes in their correct washer and did not mix her blankets with her whites!!! Of course this sweet lady from NJ came to help me with this card to use the dryer! 🫣 Would I do this again???.....ALL OVER IF I HAD TO!! THIS IS MORE THAN A BUSINESS TO ME, ITS A MINISTRY OF GIVING, SERVING, HELPING AND BEING THERE WHEN I AM NEEDED MOST!!
