Director of Community Properties & Facilities
Sisters of St. Francis, Tiffin, Ohio
32 hours per week (4 days)

The Sisters of St. Francis are seeking a skilled and mission-focused Director of Community Properties & Facilities to oversee the maintenance, safety, and long-term planning of our campus buildings, grounds, and community residences. This leadership role manages facilities operations, supervises maintenance staff, coordinates capital projects, and partners closely with leadership as the executive operations liaison. The position also actively participates in mission-driven initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration to support the needs of the St. Francis Community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee all property, facility, and preventative-maintenance operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and facilities budgets.
• Lead capital improvement planning, project coordination, and campus safety initiatives.
• Serve as the executive operations liaison with leadership and participate in mission team efforts.
• Support a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for Sisters, employees, and residents.

Qualifications:
• Experience in facilities management, property operations, or related leadership roles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project-management skills.
• Commitment to the mission and values of the Sisters of St. Francis.

🎄 Deck the Halls Holiday Celebration! 🎄

Get ready for a festive evening filled with holiday cheer at St. Francis Senior Ministries on Friday, November 14 from 6 to 9 PM. The event will take place at the Elizabeth Schaefer Auditorium, 190 St. Francis Ave., Tiffin. Doors open at 5:30 PM.

Enjoy entertainment by Paul Grover “No Eileen,” food stations, a cash bar, live and silent auctions, and games of chance.

Tickets are $50 per person and include all the fun, food, and festivities.

Trick or Treat night at St. Francis Home! Our residents, staff, families, and friends had a great time. Tons of candy and tons of fun. Our residents truly enjoyed passing out candy and seeing all the great costumes. Sammie, our Therapy Dog, was a big hit as the greeter for all who entered our Home. We hope everyone had a happy Halloween!

🎃🍂 Fall Fun at St. Francis Senior Ministries! 🍂🎃

This season, our community has been full of creativity, laughter, and gratitude! Our Memory Care residents enjoyed getting into the autumn spirit by painting pumpkins—each one as unique and beautiful as the artists themselves. 🧡

We also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care for the thoughtful spooky seasonal gifts they shared with our staff. Your kindness and partnership mean so much to our team and residents!

We’re grateful for these joyful moments that remind us how special our community truly is. Wishing everyone a safe and happy fall season!
