The facility is conveniently located less than a mile from Tift Regional Medical Center. The facility also accepts referrals from hospitals in the South Georgia and North Florida area. Harborview Tifton is perfect for all residents’ needs, ranging from simple assistance with daily living, short term rehabilitation to the most medically complex requirements.

National Oreo Day!

Today our residents celebrated National Oreos & Milk Day in the sweetest way. 🍪🥛 We gathered to enjoy milk and try many different varieties of Oreos, from classic favorites to some fun new flavors. There were lots of smiles and laughter, along with a few friendly debates about which flavor tasted the best. 😋

Residents had a blast trying one of our newest games,🥤 “Guess the Drink!” From sweet to sour and everything in between, taste buds were put to the test! There were lots of laughs, fun surprises, and friendly competition all around. 😄

🏡 I Went Home Today!

Help us celebrate Jon Kent as he returns home! 🎉 After spending time with us, Jon has worked hard and made wonderful progress. It has truly been a pleasure having him as part of our Harborview family.

While we will miss seeing his smile each day, we are so proud of him and excited for this next chapter. Wishing Jon continued health, happiness, and success as he transitions back home. 💙

🐣🌷 Easter Egg Hunt Fun is Coming!

Help us spread the word, Harborview Tifton is excited to host our upcoming Easter Egg Hunt on April 3rd at 3:00 PM! 🐰 Residents’ family members and friends are warmly invited to join us for an afternoon full of smiles, treats, and festive fun.

We especially love welcoming the little ones; small children are encouraged to participate and enjoy the celebration alongside their loved ones. 💙 Donations of candy and plastic Easter eggs are also greatly appreciated as we prepare for this special event!
