April is Stress Awareness Month! Take some time to recognize areas of your life that are causing you discomfort or anxiety. This is great opportunity to practice coping skills and practice emotional awareness.
While not all stress is negative, long-term exposure to stress can have the potential to cause overall harm to your physical and mental state of being. If there is not an easy way to put an end to stress, think of ways to reduce harm along the way!
