Our last tip for the holiday season is to practice self-care! Stress can impact physical and emotional well-being in major ways if left unattended, which is why self-care is so important. While self-care can look a little different for each person, some examples include:

-rest and recharge
-remember to get good sleep

Expectations are high and time is limited during the holiday season. It's important to understand your limits and boundaries when setting goals for yourself. Setting unrealistic expectations for what you'll be able to do only make the holiday seasons more stressful. Create a realistic schedule and plan to accomplish only what you feasible can.
