Being a business owner is wild because I thought I signed up to be a Massage Therapist… turns out I also accidentally applied to be:

• a biller
• a marketer
• a manager
• a (very questionable) carpenter
• an interior decorator with vibes only
• a part-time counselor
• a plumber (against my will)
• and a serial plant killer 🌱💀

Like… when did this become a full cast production??

Anyway, please enjoy these before & after pics of me learning how to lay vinyl planking with my brother, who deserves some kind of medal for patience.

My amazing partner, , already carried the “team” by doing all the treatment rooms this summer, and I figured:

A) I can’t keep assigning him unpaid labor in a job he never applied for

B) maybe I should learn how to do things myself like a grown adult

Special shoutout to my brother for teaching me AND gently suggesting I might want to look into getting a dyscalculia diagnosis because numbers and measurements and I are… not aligned spiritually.

Small business ownership: come for the passion, stay because you now know how to do 47 jobs poorly but enthusiastically 🙃

Spring is here 🌿 and that means more miles on the trails and pavement. Runners and hikers—your legs and feet are putting in work, so it’s time to give them some love.

Orthopedic cupping is a powerful way to:
• Loosen up stiff ankles• Reduce tension in the shins• Improve overall range of motion

By combining cupping with facilitated stretching, we can help restore mobility, decrease tightness, and keep you moving efficiently and pain-free.

Take care of your foundation—your feet and ankles carry you every step of the way.

Many people carry stress and emotion in their belly without realizing it.

When life feels overwhelming, the body often responds by tightening the abdomen and diaphragm. This is part of the nervous system’s protective response. Over time, that tension can leave us feeling anxious, disconnected, or constantly “on edge.”

In Chinese medicine, the abdomen is considered the center of the body’s energy and stability. This area, known as the Lower Dantian, is often described as the place where we cultivate our grounding, strength, and inner balance.

When this center is supported, we feel more stable within ourselves.

Abdominal massage helps gently bring awareness, circulation, and softness back to this part of the body. Through slow, intentional touch, the nervous system begins to relax and shift out of survival mode.

As the belly softens, many people experience something powerful:
a sense of safety returning to their body.
The abdomen becomes a place you can breathe into, rest into, and reconnect with.

Over time this work can help:

• calm the nervous system

• release stored tension and emotion

• create a deeper sense of grounding

• strengthen connection to your body

• restore a feeling of inner stability

When the center of the body feels supported, it becomes easier to move through life with more calm, clarity, and resilience.

A relaxed and strong abdomen helps us return to something many of us are searching for —a sense of safety within ourselves. 🌿

✨ Learning Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy has been such a beautiful shift in my work and perspective.

For years I practiced deep tissue massage and believed that helping meant pushing deeper into the body. But over time, that approach stopped resonating with me. I began to feel that force wasn’t always the answer.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy has opened a completely different doorway.
Instead of pushing down into tension, this work focuses on listening to the body, supporting the nervous system, and allowing space for the body to reorganize itself naturally. Through gentle touch, we invite the body to lift, clear, and shift patterns that may have been held for years.

What I’ve found most surprising is this:

✨ When the body feels safe and supported, it often allows deeper change than force ever could. This work feels less like “fixing” and more like facilitating the body’s own intelligence and healing capacity.

I’m so grateful to be learning this approach and integrating it into my practice. It feels aligned, respectful to the body, and incredibly powerful in its subtlety.

Sometimes the deepest work happens not by pushing harder……but by creating space for the body to rise and reset itself.

Let’s address the elephant in the room… the “hippie crystals.” 😂

You do not have to care about crystals.
You do not have to believe in energy.
You do not have to emotionally bond with a rock.

That’s my job.
I choose them intentionally for their healing qualities because I care about how you feel in my space — even if you think they’re just sparkly décor.

And speaking of intentional…
The plush rug for your toes? On purpose.
The hot towels? Yes, they feel amazing — but I also de-oil you so you don’t slide out of your clothes and turn your car into a slip-n-slide situation. You’re welcome. 😌

The weighted blankets? Not just cozy. They help regulate your nervous system so your body can actually shift out of “go-go-go” mode and into rest.

The minimalist décor? Also intentional. Less visual clutter helps your brain turn off, feel safe, and stop scanning the room for the next thing to do.

Nothing in my space is random.
It’s not about being trendy. It’s about creating an environment where your body can exhale.

So you don’t have to care about the hippie crystals.

Just know I care deeply about you. 🤍

The Fire Horse is in the building and I would just like to say… noted. 🔥🐴

Things aren’t magically easy.
But the roadblocks? They’re quietly packing their bags.

I’m staying focused, open-hearted…
and spiritually armed with better boundaries. 🛡️

Same softness.
Stronger perimeter.

I was gifted this lovely protection jar and clearing spray from apothecary. I often keep that little jar in my pocket when navigating challenging individuals. The spray is divine and a little spritz keeps the energy vamps away while calling in my tribe to surround me.

What are shifts you feel with this new energy?

We had an absolute blast last night crafting in community with 💖

What an incredible group of women to meet, connect with, and create alongside.
It felt so good to step out of overthinking and into presence and joy—complete with a spontaneous group sing-along to Miley Cyrus’ “I Can Buy Myself Flowers” 🌸🎶

I was truly blown away by the diversity, creativity, and heart that went into everyone’s bejeweled anatomical hearts. Showing up to create takes real bravery, especially when you’re not quite sure where to start—and every single person leaned into that courage beautifully.

Creating is such a powerful practice in letting go of expectations, trusting the process, and allowing your piece to land exactly where it’s meant to. A reminder to stay present and enjoy the moment.

Already counting down to the next event ✨ Stay tuned!
