We had an absolute blast last night crafting in community with 💖

What an incredible group of women to meet, connect with, and create alongside.
It felt so good to step out of overthinking and into presence and joy—complete with a spontaneous group sing-along to Miley Cyrus’ “I Can Buy Myself Flowers” 🌸🎶

I was truly blown away by the diversity, creativity, and heart that went into everyone’s bejeweled anatomical hearts. Showing up to create takes real bravery, especially when you’re not quite sure where to start—and every single person leaned into that courage beautifully.

Creating is such a powerful practice in letting go of expectations, trusting the process, and allowing your piece to land exactly where it’s meant to. A reminder to stay present and enjoy the moment.

✨ Finally, it’s here - our Infrared Sauna✨

We’re excited to now offer 30-minute Infrared Sauna sessions, available to book directly on our website.

Infrared saunas use specialized panels to heat the body directly, allowing for a more comfortable experience at lower temperatures and lower humidity compared to traditional hot-rock saunas that heat the surrounding air. They’re also energy-efficient, warm up quickly (about 10–20 minutes), and require less maintenance. Neither is better — just different. It all comes down to personal preference.

✨ Booking is quick and easy:

• Reserve your session online
• Receive a digital waiver via email to complete before your appointment
• Arrive and relax — simple as that
We provide dry towels, chilled towels for post-sauna refresh, and unisex, organic body and deodorant sprays. Bringing your own drinking vessel is required for your sauna session; you may easily refill it using the cool, refreshing water cooler in our waiting area.

With the colder winter months here and the world feeling extra heavy, now is the perfect time to warm up, unwind, and shed some stress.
