The upcoming changes in Telehealth legislation impact small businesses like mine. Continue to give feedback to your legislators about restrictive Telehealth laws and how it will impact access to care. 🦋 🦋

Gratitude in parenthood isn’t always about big, joyful moments. Sometimes it’s found in small breaths, quiet cuddles, and getting through the day one task at a time.

As we reflect this Thanksgiving, may we also hold space for truth. For the Indigenous communities, whose history and resilience shape this land we live on.

Gratitude is deeper when it’s honest.

Here’s to soft hearts, mindful connection, and giving thanks with awareness.
