Have you ever done craniosacral work? This is one of my favorite modalities both to receive for my own body balancing and to recommend for clients and pregnancy and especially babies. Often times babies can sit at a certain angle as they’re coming down and sometimes a little adjustment is needed in order to facilitate being able to move their head side to side or Nurse evenly.🦋

It’s time to give you a glimpse to some of the new things that I am doing here in Arizona. My full-time job is accompanying my daughter with these emerging complex medical needs. But it’s sweet to have some opportunities to use my midwife gifts. First step is to let you know about what I’m doing at a local birth center in downtown historic Glendale, New Phase at the Birth Nest (or Urban Midwifery). If you are pregnant or know someone who is this is the wonderful opportunity for Midwife led classes! 🦋 🦋

I’m delighted to announce that I will be offering my childbirth curriculum that is grounded in trust of the body. First class up is March 14, 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM at New Phase At The Birth Nest. Free for their clients, $100 for community folks or four for 300.

We’re excited to offer our new Birth Education Series- a multi-class experience designed to prepare you and your support person for birth, postpartum, and those precious early days with your newborn. Open to our clients and the whole Phoenix community. 🌱

🤩🥳🚨 EXCITING NEWS!! HB2251 is going to RULES! Our beautiful bill is scheduled to hit Rules on MONDAY! No need to go to the capital for this. Its just going to fly on though ✈️.
After Rules, our bill will go to COW. 🤩🥳🚨

Planned home birth with a qualified midwife continues to show strong outcomes for low risk families. The evidence is clear, and families deserve policies that reflect that reality. NACPM advocates for licensure and integration so CPMs can practice safely and legally in every state. Access to community birth is a maternal health issue.
