Linda Lawson is a credentialed Life Coach , educator , facilitator and , trainer of trainers. Her focus is self renewal . She works with those who are recovering from loss , oppression, or sexual abuse, and wish to continue their journey through self healing. Her services spring from evolving through her own life experiences and through her training.
“As a homicide survivor , I know the power of support to move through emotional wounding that pierces us to our core. I meet people who are still hurting from incidents that took place 10 or more years ago. They experienced it, and chose to bury it out of sight to others. This is a reasonable thing to do when we are devastated.
However, for the health of our hearts I find that to unburden them from the past through coaching conversations and other supportive tools , is a major to key to our sense of well being. “
