Hey Divas! We hope you will join us for our Flash Mob at the SGD Halloween Party this year on 10/31! The routine is a regular song from class: “SCREAM” by Usher!
*Participation is FREE as well as your entrance to the Halloween party! 🎃

We have a group already started but we are seeking more to join so it really looks like a flash mob! It’s such a great opportunity to participate in this fun show session and help promote our awesome fitness program!

If you are interested in participating, please join Brenda for our mini practices following Saturday classes 10/25 from 11:15-11:45AM and Thurs 10/30 at 9PM! We will practice a little, provide the video on a link and talk more about the details. Hope you join us!

A Pilates based class with a focus on functional movement and restorative exercise - you will feel a new kind of unwavering strength!
