I want to thank my amazing customers for your love and support as I’ve navigated the sudden loss of my mother last month after her diagnosis with brain cancer at Christmas.

I have missed candlemaking very much while away in my hometown Philadelphia area handling family affairs. I’m looking forward to returning to Maryland in March to create some spring candles and miniatures to add to my Etsy shop. The time away has made me miss creativity so much, and also appreciate the creativity of my mother, who was a poet and a painter. She loved receiving my candles as gifts- and her purchase of my first dollhouse as a little girl inspired my lifelong love of miniatures.

Thanks again to anyone who took the time to reach out. The time away has provided inspiration as I move ahead. 💞
