Meet Maysa Miller – a dedicated yoga practitioner with 25 years of experience and a 200hr certification through Kootney Yoga School in Mexico.
A Tillamook resident for the past decade, Maysa spends her days studying coastal plants & ecosystems and working to preserve and restore native habitat. Her yoga practice is deeply rooted in a sense of place and connection to the land, weaving themes of the earth into every class.

🌱 Class Experience
Maysa’s dynamic practice begins and ends with grounding Hatha poses, holding therapeutic asanas for a few breaths. In the middle, you’ll flow through Vinyasa—breath-to-movement sequences—plus energizing core work to build mobility, flexibility, and strength. Breathwork is woven throughout, and each class closes with a soothing meditation.

Her holistic approach invites you to care for your sacred temple—the body—and our precious home, the earth.
