What a turnout for our Happy Hour Hoedown! 🤠🎶 We had an incredible time with a fantastic live singer who kept the room lively, plenty of toe-tapping music, and some seriously good food to enjoy.

It was so great seeing everyone come together, laughing, singing along, and making memories. Events like these are what make our community so special.

Residents, Girl Scouts, a tea party, potting flowers, and good company—celebrating National Girl Scout Day 🌸☕🌱

Our community was full of smiles today as residents spent time with the Girl Scouts enjoying a lovely tea party and potting flowers together. It was a wonderful afternoon of laughter, conversation, and connection across generations.

Chef Shawn has been cooking up something special in the kitchen! 👨‍🍳✨

We’ve had two fabulous lunches in a row that our residents absolutely loved. Yesterday featured a sweet Italian sausage served over creamy polenta. Today’s lunch was just as delicious with a fresh and flavorful Asian salad paired with rich, savory French onion soup.

We’re so lucky to have Chef Shawn bringing creativity and comfort to the table every day. Great food and happy residents make for a wonderful week here at Five Rivers! 🍲

Great things often start from small beginnings. Prestige Care is no exception. Founded in 1985, our origins begin with the legacy of Sarah Delamarter, a pioneer in Oregon’s long-term care industry. Sarah first began using her nursing skills to care for seniors in her home back in 1946 as a means to support her family. As Sarah’s reputation for compassion and care spread, the demands for her services grew very quickly. Sarah’s Legacy Lives on Through Prestige Sarah’s grandsons, Harold and Dr. Rick Delamarter along with their partner Greg Vislocky, now own Prestige. Each day they strive to build on her legacy of bringing family communities together and expanding the number of individuals the organization serves. Today, Prestige Senior Living is part of a complete senior care organization which includes independent living communities, assisted living, memory care, home health, as well as rehabilitation and post-acute care. Residents at our communities are not just people we serve, but valued and appreciated members of our Prestige family.
