For many people, the Super Bowl is a highly anticipated event. For those in recovery, however, it can also bring added pressure, especially when drinking culture is so visible. Being around alcohol or reminders of past habits can feel triggering, even after years of sobriety, and planning ahead can make a meaningful difference.

Whether you choose a sober watch party, a supportive setting, or simply focus on the game itself, this can be an opportunity to reflect on your relationship with substances and stay aligned with your goals. If staying sober feels overwhelming or you’re thinking about reaching out for help, our team is here to support you. You don’t have to navigate this alone. 💙

✨ Start Your Recovery with Safe, Medically Supervised Detox ✨

At Recovery Mountain in New Hampshire, we offer a full continuum of care for people struggling with addictions, beginning with our medically supervised detox program. During detox, patients are monitored by medical professionals around the clock in a safe and compassionate environment.

Detox at Recovery Mountain is often the first step in addiction treatment and is followed by residential treatment. Not all patients will need detox. A determination will be made prior to treatment, in consultation with the patient, based on what substance is being used, how long it’s been used, and what effects it has on the body.
