My story

Hi! My name is Monica Owsichek and I am on a mission to help women navigate through their struggles versus getting stuck in them. It is something I feel very passionate about. I’ve experienced first hand what it feels like to get stuck. to put my life on hold, to lose myself. I’ve been stuck in many struggles in my life, infertility being my most significant one. It took me many years of trial and error, of pursuing a multitude of of paths before I was able to find my path to peace.

I started Peaks of Life to share the lessons I have learned (and am still learning) related to struggle. I got tired of seeing amazing, beautiful, strong women that were not consciously living their lives. They were just going through the motions of life, listening and trying to please everyone except themselves.

I have compiled everything I have learned along the way and created a program called Pathway to Peace. I work with women that are ready to be guided on how to move, to flow through struggle so they can spend less time stuck in it. You know you are going to experience struggles in your life, but wouldn’t it be great to have tools to help you move through and learn from them?
