🌾 World Bread Day – October 16 🌾

In Ukraine, bread has always been more than food — it’s a symbol of life, hospitality, and gratitude. Every loaf carries the warmth of home and the stories of generations.
Today, as I bake and teach here in Colorado, I feel proud to share and keep alive these beautiful Ukrainian bread traditions.
May every loaf remind us how simple ingredients — flour, water, and care — can connect people across cultures and bring comfort to every table. ❤️🥖

I’m so excited and proud of my amazing students today! They mixed, folded, shaped — and baked beautiful loaves full of love and patience. 💛

It makes me truly happy to see how these classes can start new family traditions and connect our community through the simple joy of bread.
