The safety of our patients and staff are of the utmost importance to us. In preparation for opening, we have developed the following procedures.

Masks are to be worn at all times when inside the office

• If you experience any of the following: runny nose, sneezing, coughing, sore throat, fever of 100 degrees or more, please DO NOT COME IN

• Please call if you are not coming in for an appointment

• The waiting area will be closed, except for patients

• Please wait in your car until 5 minutes before the time of your appointment. The window will be for payments and signing in ONLY.

• Appointments will be taken care of by phone ONLY

• Please use hand sanitizer at the front desk before and after any window transactions
