Our fast-paced, high-volume Family Medicine and Pain Management clinic is seeking 4 dependable, motivated Medical Assistants to join our growing team. These roles are essential in supporting our physicians, ensuring excellent patient care, and maintaining efficient daily operations.

Clinical Medical Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
-Obtain accurate patient histories and vital signs
-Prepare patients for exam and assist with clinical workflows
-Submit lab orders through EMR
-Administer intramuscular injections and vaccines
-Assist physicians with procedure preparation and room set-up
-Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and clinical supplies

Medical Assistant – Administrative Focus
-Key Responsibilities:
-Complete prior authorizations for procedures, imaging, and medications
-Prepare accurate and timely referrals to specialists
-Communicate with insurance companies, pharmacies, and specialty offices
-Support front-office tasks as needed to ensure smooth patient flow
-Maintain documentation and follow-up on open authorizations
Ideal Candidate:

Detail-oriented, compassionate, able to multitask,
highly organized, understanding of insurance requirements, excellent communication skills, and comfortable working in a very busy environment.

Health Solutions proudly provides a holistic approach to medicine that focuses on treating acute conditions and managing chronic conditions. The practice has four Greater Chicago office locations in Munster, Indiana, and Tinley Park, Rockford, and Olympia Fields, Illinois.

When patients enter a Health Solutions office, they are welcomed by an environment that is conducive to all of their healing and recovery needs. The practice is rooted in both family medicine and pain medicine, enabling the board-certified physicians to provide a series of pain-relieving treatments while also focusing on the continuity of care for their patients.

The team strives to not only treat the symptoms that patients experience, but also the underlying causes. They establish professional relationships with every patient and learn about their individual needs. This information enables the team to provide patients with personalized treatment plans composed of lifestyle choices that are proven to lead to sustainable health.

Health Solutions specializes in numerous health care needs, such as primary care, women’s and men’s health, pediatric care, opioid addiction management with Suboxone®, allergy and autoimmune treatments, geriatric care, and joint and muscle pain treatment.
