Flexor tendon injuries can make everyday movements surprisingly difficult. These tendons allow you to bend your fingers and grip, so when they’re damaged, you might notice pain in the palm, trouble bending a finger, a snapping sensation during the injury, or even numbness in the fingertip.

🏆 What a comeback story!

Congratulations to Jade Hahn, Central Regional’s 185 lb New Jersey state champion, who capped off her high school career with an incredible first-period pin to take the title!

After tearing her ACL in January 2025, Jade underwent surgery with Dr. Ryan Plyler and put in the hard work to return stronger than ever—proving that determination, resilience, and the right care can make all the difference.

Even more impressive, this marks the 6th state championship in Jade’s family—an amazing legacy!
