Rig Moving experience preferred.
Experience with oversight permits and the permit processes.
Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) a plus.
Must be able to stand, sit, bend, or climb for long periods of time
Ability to lift 50lbs or more
Ability to follow directions
Ability to work irregular hours and be on call
Ability to successfully solve problems.
Comply with all policies and procedures and all health and safety policies.
Ability to pass a drug test and have clean MVR

Northern Energy Services looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. This position will start part time with the opportunity to become full time with full benefits. Hours are 8:30am-1pm, Monday-Friday. Wage $18-$20/hr DOE.
Responsibilities
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
• Maintain contact lists
• Book travel arrangements
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors
Requirements
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean MVR.
