More physical therapy doesn’t mean better results.
I see a lot of people who’ve been through weeks or months of PT doing the same exercises... sometimes with a provider simply watching them perform the same routine over and over.
When progress stalls, it’s usually not because someone needs more of the same thing. It’s because no one has stepped back to ask why the issue started in the first place.
When you focus on the root cause... how someone moves, loads, compensates, and performs, progress tends to happen faster and actually stick.
That’s why most of the people I work with don’t need frequent and ongoing visits. They need clear answers, focused care, and a plan that evolves as their body improves.
Physical therapy should move you forward, not keep you repeating the same session week after week.
This is a fundamental approach to care at Ergo Opportunities.
