Seeing the support and openness in our community reminded us why these conversations matter. As teens, we’re constantly juggling school, friendships, expectations, and figuring out who we are and that can be a lot. Prioritizing your mental health isn’t being “weak” or “dramatic,” it’s taking care of yourself. Your feelings are valid, and ignoring stress, anxiety, or sadness doesn’t make it go away it just makes it heavier. Taking time to rest, setting boundaries, asking for help, and speaking up can literally change your life. You deserve peace, support, and happiness just as much as anyone else. Take care of your mind it matters. 💙

We’re conducting a mental health survey to better understand the real challenges students face every day—stress, anxiety, depression, pressure, and everything in between.
