✨ Staff Spotlight: Dylan Skibinski, DPT ✨

Meet Dylan Skibinski, our new Doctor of Physical Therapy at Titusville Nursing & Rehab! Dylan brings a passion for helping others and improving the lives of our residents through therapy. He’s focused on restoring function, enhancing quality of life, and bringing a smile to every resident he works with.

When asked what advice he’d give to someone considering a career in healthcare, Dylan said: “Be open to feedback and have an open mind, as there are always new treatments and better ways to do things.” As he begins his journey with us, Dylan is excited to learn how a skilled nursing facility operates and hopes to grow into management opportunities in the future.

Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends and relaxing with a good movie or show. Exciting news—he and his wife are expecting their first child next May!

NPRC is hosting two publicly available nurse aide training courses in early 2026, held in the College’s training lab at the Education and Training Center on the Pitt-Titusville campus. This course in the first six months has helped around 20 learners become healthcare professionals and find employment in or around the Crawford County area.

The first course next year will begin on Thursday, January 8, and will continue Monday through Thursday until Thursday, February 12. The second course will begin on Thursday, February 26 and will also run on a Monday through Thursday schedule. This course will conclude on Thursday, April 2.

Course periods are set for 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. over this six-week time frame. Learn more and register at the link!

✨ Staff Spotlight: Dr. Scott McAllister, Medical Director ✨

Meet Dr. Scott McAllister, our longtime Medical Director at Titusville Nursing & Rehab! For over 30 years, Dr. McAllister has guided our facility through multiple transitions, working alongside our Director of Nursing, Vicky Wieder, while always providing steady leadership and expert medical care. He also maintains a private practice in town and works at the local hospital, showing his dedication both inside and outside our walls.

Known for his love of hunting, fishing, and a good joke, Dr. McAllister brings humor, heart, and unwavering support to our residents, staff, and the community. We are grateful for his decades of service, guidance, and the positive impact he continues to make every day.

✨ Staff Spotlight: Alicia Price, LPN ✨

This month, we are celebrating Alicia Price for 27 years of dedicated service at Titusville Nursing & Rehab! Alicia describes her job in three words: challenging, rewarding, and exciting. Her passion for healthcare comes from a genuine love of taking care of people, and she strives every day to make our residents feel loved, cared for, and safe.

When asked what advice she’d give someone considering a career in healthcare, Alicia said: “If you are caring and compassionate, then healthcare is for you!” Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family—especially her grandbabies!

Today we celebrated all of the Veterans in our community! 🏅 A few of them, pictured here, reminisced about their Navy days—from marching 5 miles a day, to playing in the band at graduation, to their time in Vietnam and at Great Lakes Base. It was wonderful to hear their stories and honor everyone who has served during our Veterans Day social with refreshments.
