I love magnesium! And I love supporting small businesses. Working with has been such a positive experience and I just love that their high quality magnesium products (as well as their other great products) have been so beneficial to many in our community who’ve been trying it out. And what sweet people- check out the gift of some of their seasonal products that they sent me! Now I’d like to pass the bounty on to you ;-)

I am so incredibly grateful for the time I was able to take these past few weeks to step away from the world after the loss of my sister. My children and I already had a holiday planned which turned out to be perfect timing and exactly what we needed. We were able to be deeply present with each other in a way I had never experienced before. Loss and grief can really bring perspective. I look forward to leaning into this perspective as I continue to integrate this significant loss and use the experience to bring more understanding and love into the work I do. Thank you for all the love, messages, prayers, insights, patience and understanding that was offered me as I stepped away. I have a lot more mourning and processing to do, but it is time to step back into this life of service and adventure- to live each moment in gratitude the way my sister would want me to. 🙏🩷 Stay tuned!

I wanted to take a moment to thank all of my clients and friends who have supported and been flexible with me this week as I’ve had the opportunity to sit with my sister, the beautiful, spunky, vibrant Shannon. Today she will be able to pass peacefully surrounded by her children and knowing that she was so loved. My social media business pages will be dark for the next few days in her honor. Thank you again for your understanding, love and prayers sent our way.
