We want to work out in Titusville! 1-on-1 with personal training, group exercise classes, bike rides, or run, this page will let you know what's happening and about events, workouts, tips, and life hacks to help you lose weight, get fit, toned, & strong. We must understand what we are doing and why if we want to be able to continue doing it. You can be after better balance, posture, core stability, to just be stronger, or something more in the way of getting off pharmaceutical drugs and seeing significant health improvements. Your training is specific, no matter if it is golf, running, tennis, or cycling. All of these things need strength-based exercises to stress the muscles, joints, tendons, and ligaments and then stretch them to keep them strong and pliable and prevent injury so you can keep doing them, pain-free.

Hurricane Melissa's pressure dropped a little bit overnight down to 901mb and has maintained those maximum sustained winds of 175 mph as it turned to the north and now it's set to make landfall along the southwest coast of Jamaica later this morning. Be prepared to see images of complete and utter destruction once people are able to get out and about.

Making things even worse (if that's possible) is that the storm is going to continue to crawl off to the northeast all day long. That means the island is going to be dealing with a direct impact of a powerful Cat 5 storm for about 24 hours and they've already been dealing with it for a few days as it basically hovered offshore.

Once it gets past Jamaica, the eastern tip of Cuba will be next and it's expected to maintain major hurricane status as it makes landfall there.

Long before I became a Certified Personal Trainer in Titusville Florida… In my early 20’s I found myself extremely overweight, unhealthy, and unhappy. I played team sports as a kid and ate what I wanted. I did not understand why looking the way I wanted and being able to walk up stairs suddenly took deliberate effort and did not just come naturally! I had to get sick and tired of looking and feeling bad. One comment from my doctor about my numbers sealed the deal. I knew because of family history I would need to pay attention to my health if I am to have a better outcome.

This life change happened through years of learning, both about what works and what doesn’t, and let me get to know myself.
