Jose earned this recognition by focusing on visionary leadership, successfully fostering a strong culture of trust and follow-through within his department. He transformed collaboration by building genuine relationships across the hospital, successfully weaving his Food Service team into the very fabric of the hospital, making them integral to our operations.
