NOTICE: The office will continue to operate on an alternative schedule this week as our provider works towards a full recovery. During this time, e-visit appointments are available. Patients can communicate with staff via phone, the patient portal, and patient messaging, which will be accessible daily. The answering service is available for after-hours access. In the event of a medical emergency, please proceed to the nearest emergency department for evaluation.

NOTICE: Please be advised that our office operations will be modified on Monday and Tuesday, as our provider is recuperating at home following a recent illness. A limited number of afternoon e-visits will be scheduled on both Monday, September 29, 2025, and Tuesday, September 30, 2025. In an effort to maintain the safety of our families and staff, our practice will transition to telemedicine care for today, Wednesday 1/22/2025.
