🍁 Embrace Seasonal Routines: The shorter days can impact your mood. Build a cozy evening routine with tea, journaling, or reading to stay grounded during this time.
🎃 Plan for Holiday Triggers: Fall kicks off the holiday season, which can be difficult for those in recovery. Set boundaries, plan exits from triggering events, and have a support person on standby.
💪 Stay Connected to Your Community: Cooler weather can make it tempting to isolate yourself. Schedule regular check-ins with friends, recovery groups, or sponsors to stay accountable.
