❄️🏔️ Winter Isn’t Over — Keep Moving! 🏔️❄️
While winter is still in full swing, it’s a great time to lean into activities that keep you strong, energized, and feeling your best. Here are some exercises that are perfect for this time of year — plus why your body will thank you:
🚶♂️ Walking (especially in cold weather)
Brisk walking in cooler temps can help burn slightly more calories as your body works to regulate temperature, while also improving circulation and boosting mood during shorter winter days.
🥾 Hiking
Winter hiking builds leg strength and balance, especially on uneven terrain, and spending time outdoors has been shown to reduce stress and support mental clarity.
🧗 Indoor Rock Climbing
A full-body workout that builds grip strength, core stability, and coordination — while also challenging your focus and problem-solving skills.
⛷️ Skiing or Snowboarding (if you can travel!)
