When I closed the practice, I tried multiple times to send an email letting all our former clients know what was happening so there were no surprises. Surprise is on me, because it never sent 😪

So a quick update to what happened. I was offered a full time position with Mountain Lakes Medical Center in Clayton, Ga and it was an opportunity that best fit my current life needs.

It was an extremely hard decision to make considering all the blood, sweat, and tears that I put into Age Fit and very hard to leave my wonderful clients and patients and team.

But I am happy with my current role and still seeing patients at MLMC, both inpatient and outpatient (P.S we have a phenomenal swing bed program 😉)

I'm not sure what the future for Age Fit itself looks like. It may just be an educational tool (which is how it began). It may become an active clinic again in the future. For now, this page will simply act as a resource for anyone who needs it 🌈🍀

Annnnd that's a wrap on the 2021-2025 season of Age Fit Physical Therapy and Wellness 💚

It's a bittersweet day where we say goodbye to so many wonderful patients and clinic memories. Next week brings a new journey and new opportunities to help people move with confidence.

A big thanks to Esther, our Client Care Coordinator, and to Jaclyn who joined us as well. We couldn't have grown the way we did without your help and dedication to each and every person.

Did you guys know we had a student the past 6 weeks? Brandon joined us from Brenau University and jumped right in. Good luck with the remainder of school and your next clinical!

Meet Dan!

Dan came to us hoping he could resolve a 10 year shoulder problem. His range of motion was stuck and his strength was gone. In just a few short weeks, he has significantly improved his range of motion and is quickly getting strength and muscle activation back in his shoulder. Meet Tom!

Tom has been dealing with neuropathy and multi joint dysfunction that was effecting his balance. Strength was the name of this game with balance built in! Now he is walking and balancing a lot better than before.

❄️ Balance and Strength Have improved tremendously
- Spend more time outside: Yard work, walking, fishing, hunting, etc
