When you don’t put yourself first and you keep pushing your body, you will find that one day, your body will not be able to keep up with you anymore.

You are too busy to slow down now, but eventually, you will be forced to when your body can't take anymore.

Make some time for you and get those little aches and pains figured out. Take a few minutes to stretch and watch how much better you feel!

👆 This is exactly what got me into massage therapy! My body hurt in my early 20s, and working out was a disaster!

I always had to stop, not because I was tired or pushed myself hard, but because my body would lock up on me and cramp.

I needed to figure out what was happening in my body, and I wanted to know what I needed to do to fix it.

Once I learned what was going on in my body, I was able to start to fix it.

My workouts are so much better, and I can finally start to push myself through them, stopping now because I worked hard.
