We are so proud of our very own Nikie Edwards for receiving DSP of the month by the Wood County Board of DD. She is an amazing staff and we are blessed to have her in the Tender Heart ❤️ Family.

Nominated by Occupational Therapist Renae Wilhelm, Nikie is known for her dedication, open-mindedness, and passion for supporting each person as the unique individual they are.

Nikie has been in the field for 8 years and loves seeing people grow, gain independence, and live their best lives. Outside of work, she enjoys her pets, yard work, cooking, car projects, and cheering on the 49ers, Walleye, and Mud Hens!
