If you have a history of kidney stones, try to decrease your dietary Oxalate.

To decrease your chances of kidney stones, don’t forget to:

1. Hydrate (>60oz/day). Add lemons to your water, or drink freshly squeezed lemonade 🍋 🍋
(Lemons have citrate which is a stone inhibitor)

2. Avoid the dark sodas; has phosphate (a stone promoter). Other sodas are ok. 🥤 🥤
