As an Emergency Nurse, Nurse Coach, and Yoga Teacher, I understand the deep impact stress takes on both body and mind. My mission is to create a space where we can experience an opportunity to ground, recenter, and reconnect with their inner resilience.
I bring a holistic approach to yoga, integrating body awareness, mindful breathing, and spiritual insights. Having navigated the demands of high-pressure environments, I understand the weight of these effects on our physical and mental well-being. Self-care is essential for us caregivers and protectors. At Holistic Hands, I strive to offer an experience that nurtures the mind, body, and soul.
