Friday night was something really special 🩵

Our Spring Market with and Pura Vida Wellness Studio was an incredible success. The energy, the connection, the support…you could feel it the entire night.

So many of you came out to shop local, sip, connect, and just be together and that’s exactly what this is all about. Watching our community come alive like that is something I will never take for granted.

To all of the vendors, the team, and every single person who showed up…thank you. You are what makes these events so powerful 💛

Life recently 🤍
I don’t even have the words for how grateful I feel.

From hosting Sound Healing Training last weekend to a cat sound bath at the University of Toledo (still not over it 🐾)… these moments feel so aligned.

Thank you to every single person who showed up, trusted me, and shared your energy.

I used to dream about this life… and now I’m living it.
And if I can do it, so can you.
Don’t talk yourself out of the life you want. 🩵
