Hi friends!

UPDATE: my Sunday Morning Flow class is now capped at *9* to give more space for FLOW and movement in our sweet little boutique Pura Vida Wellness Studio. 🩵

We are also adding a second Sunday Morning Flow class (also capped at 9) at 8:30a on the YTT weekends to try and accommodate the waitlist/overflow that has been happening. Look for that class to be added to the calendar soon, starting on March 8th, continuing every other weekend through March and April.

Hopefully this helps create more options and space for people to come share our practice together... 🌞🌈🧘‍♂️
