Park Terrace Rehabilitation Center is a 99-bed skilled-nursing and ventilator care facility serving the greater Toledo area. Our specialties include short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and our newly enhanced ventilator and pulmonary program, along with in-house dialysis—all under one roof. Our facility offers a wide range of amenities, including WiFi, TV, housekeeping and laundry services, vibrant activities, social services, and on-site visits from various medical professionals. At Park Terrace, our dedicated team is committed to delivering exceptional care and creating a supportive community for every resident.

What a spooktacular time we had! Our little trick-or-treaters made their rounds while our wonderful residents passed out candy with the biggest smiles. 🎃

From fun games and delicious treats to great music and lots of laughter. There's nothing better than seeing our community come together and create magical memories. ✨
