Hi everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself to all my new followers.
I’m Anna Marshall, a Licensed Independent Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I’m passionate about helping people heal, grow, and find peace in the middle of life’s challenges. I support individuals as they build emotional strength, set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with what matters most.

My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth, and focused on creating a safe space where clients feel understood, encouraged, and empowered.

Outside of being a therapist, I’m a proud mom to a beautiful, active, and full-of-life daughter who keeps me laughing and inspired every day. I love traveling, learning new things, and spending time with friends, family, and my daughter.

If you or someone you know is thinking about starting therapy, I’m currently offering both in-person (face-to-face) and virtual sessions. Taking that first step toward support can make a meaningful difference, and I’d be honored to help.
