ππ A Gentle Reminder About Holiday Grief ππ
The holidays are often described as βthe most wonderful time of the year,β but for many, they can also be the most difficult. Grief doesnβt take a holiday β and this season can magnify the absence of those weβve lost.
If youβre feeling that ache this time of year, please know: youβre not alone. Itβs okay to laugh and celebrate and itβs okay to cry and miss someone deeply β sometimes all in the same moment. Grief and joy can coexist.
If you know someone whoβs hurting, reach out. A simple message, a cup of coffee, or a quiet presence can mean more than you realize.
Letβs give ourselves and each other permission to feel everything this season β the love, the loss, and the gratitude for what still remains. π
