I struggled with my weight for a lot of my life. Then I started having issues with my thyroid it was hyper-thryoidism meaning it was over active and developed a goiter and I had to have the whole thing removed. This effected my metabolism, hormones. I started watching everything I was putting in my body, and working out. I got my personal trainers certificate and nutrition coach certificate. Its not only about wanting to loose weight but getting healthy. It not just a diet but a lifestyle change.
