For those who are not aware, my cousin Noah passed away on July 4th, 2022. He was only 23 years and was an amazing soul and was so loved by many. This scholarship was created to help other Greek fraternity & sorority members with their annual dues.

I have news!! The last few weeks, I have been taking a manual lymphatic drainage course and as of yesterday I am officially certified! I have always been interested in the lymphatic system but did not absorb much information while in massage school. This course really broke down the system and allowed me to gain the proper knowledge.

I am now offering a 60 minute manual lymphatic drainage session! This is a great way to detoxify, calm the nervous system, promote lymphatic circulation, and improve immune function☁️

**I am registered for a post-opp course January 19th, 2026 and will be certified to work with post-opp clients at the end of January next year**

Veterans Day I hits close to home for me. It’s a reminder of everyone I’ve had the honor of serving with and the legacy I’ve had the honor of being apart of. There’s a lot of negativity in this world that makes it difficult to find the good as well as appreciate others and ourselves. I am a firm believer in putting your mental health first and investing in positive self-care habits. I started my business to help give people an oasis where they can unwind and recharge.

For everyone and especially my fellow veterans, please reach out if you are struggling in any way, shape, or form. This time of the year is the hardest with holidays. You are not alone and will always have a friend in me🤍🇺🇸

The holidays are right around the corner which means not only happy times but stressful times. Stress impacts our bodies in so many different ways leading to changes in our physical and mental states.

I am always a preacher of self-care and taking time for mental health as life can be overwhelming, especially during these times of the year. Taking just an hour to reset yourself is sometimes the best thing you can do to escape the lingering stress.

Let’s talk deep tissue 👐🏼

Many people think deep tissue automatically means deep pressure which is not completely accurate. Although deeper pressure is used, the purpose of a deep tissue massage is to target a specific area and use slower and more precise techniques to target muscles that cause discomfort.

The first thing I ask my client when they request deep tissue is what area of their body is bothering them which then becomes the main focus area of the session. Deeper pressure is not the solution to relief but it’s how the pressure is applied with various techniques to ensure client safety while also relieving tension of the body 🤍
