Good evening,

Due to recent messages I have received as of late, I felt the need to make a post.

My sole purpose is to provide a safe and comfortable space for my clients to receive self-care services as well as help them through injuries that may be affecting their everyday lives.

Massage therapy is constantly sexualized and it is truly disgusting. It is not only insulting to me but to other clients who are/have struggled with physical touch due to past traumatic experiences.

Here are a couple facts from the Ohio State Board of Massage Therapy that my business abides by:

If you are not aware, any type of sexual activity that occurs between a massage therapist and a client is a felony in the state of Ohio which can lead to imprisoment and/or revoking the license of the therapist (SB 109). If you have heard differently, you are mistaken.

Draping is a must at all times. A client cannot be fully n**e while receiving a service. Ge****ls are to be covered at all times.

Let me make myself clear: In no way shape or form will any type of sexual behavior be tolerated in my business. If need be, law enforcement will be called if you decide to push the limits. Be respectful and be professional as I am with you. Thank you!

I have news!! The last few weeks, I have been taking a manual lymphatic drainage course and as of yesterday I am officially certified! I have always been interested in the lymphatic system but did not absorb much information while in massage school. This course really broke down the system and allowed me to gain the proper knowledge.

I am now offering a 60 minute manual lymphatic drainage session! This is a great way to detoxify, calm the nervous system, promote lymphatic circulation, and improve immune function☁️

**I am registered for a post-opp course January 19th, 2026 and will be certified to work with post-opp clients at the end of January next year**

Veterans Day I hits close to home for me. It’s a reminder of everyone I’ve had the honor of serving with and the legacy I’ve had the honor of being apart of. There’s a lot of negativity in this world that makes it difficult to find the good as well as appreciate others and ourselves. I am a firm believer in putting your mental health first and investing in positive self-care habits. I started my business to help give people an oasis where they can unwind and recharge.

The holidays are right around the corner which means not only happy times but stressful times. Stress impacts our bodies in so many different ways leading to changes in our physical and mental states.

I am always a preacher of self-care and taking time for mental health as life can be overwhelming, especially during these times of the year. Taking just an hour to reset yourself is sometimes the best thing you can do to escape the lingering stress.
