> How we do it… The Rocket�!!! Created by Larry Schultz in the early 1990s while he was on tour with The Grateful Dead as their yoga instructor, The Rocket� Routines are variations of Classical Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Removing the hierarchy of postures, and bringing advanced poses to beginners, with modifications, has been a brilliant gift to the world - as it opened the doors for all to gain the benefits of the mind, body, breath connection. Ashtanga Vinyasa is a dynamic and aerobic practice that links breath and movement to support overall well being, optimal health, and a strong and flexible body & mind.

It's Yoga� was the one of the first Ashtanga schools in the West, born in San Francisco. Since 1989, the brand has opened over numerous locations worldwide, and continues to train instructors to practice, teach, and excel on and off the mat. We believe that yoga is for everyone who is willing to step out of their "comfort zone" and learn about themselves from a different perspective. YOU are responsible for your health, your experiences, and your life, and we are here to support you in manifesting your visions.
> What is CENTER OF EXCELLENCE? Founded by Dorothy Divack, CENTER OF EXCELLENCE is an International Coaching, Training and Leadership Company. Dorothy supported Larry to birth the idea of It's Yoga� in 1989, and has since been affectionately dubbed the Godmother of It's Yoga�. I met Dorothy in 2005 and she has been my mentor and Coach since. In 2011 I participated in the EXCEL Training, and am currently in the Coaches/Consultants Training. Dorothy serves on the IYI Board of Advisors, and is an true Master, sharing her expertise, wisdom and love through her complete trust and devotion to authenticity.

In 2002, I started practicing at It's Yoga� in Columbus and
was immediately drawn to its healing benefits. I soon
realized that I was happier, and healthier, when I was
practicing yoga, so after I graduated and tried a few jobs in the "real world," I put a flower in my hair and went to San Francisco to participate in the It's Yoga� Teacher Training Program with Larry Schultz, its Founder. Since that first day in October of 2004 -
I have been 100% committed to the It's Yoga� System's interpretation of Ashtanga Vinyasa, and have been, teaching, and living Yoga full time, since. I had the unique opportunity to study, practice, live, and teach with Master Yogi Larry Schultz, the Founder of It's Yoga� & The Rocket� for 7 years before he passed in
2011, leaving the It's Yoga�/Rocket� Legacy to me carry forth and grow globally. Thus, we founded, It's Yoga� International (IYI) were I am privileged to serve as the Director and work directly with our Affiliates, Trainers, and graduates on a daily basis. I am dedicated to serving world at a high level, here in Toledo, and abroad, by sharing the LOVE of the practice.
