Everyone Loves This.
It is a fact that any one muscle needs only 2-4 exercises to truly be isolating that muscle.
Using full range of motion and very challenging 2 exercises at 3 days a week, is considered optimal for one muscle.
Most people train the same muscle group 1-2 days per week.
So less days per week, you can train the muscle with 3-4 exercises.
What I teach is REAL and the Results are Real....
It's basic Strength Training, Done Correctly, For Optimal Results.

-4 man/coed League Championship Sand Volleyball.
