Doctors are seeing a rise in accidental ma*****na ingestion among children — often from edibles that look like candy. "In some studies, the rate has gone up 1,300 times prior to the legalization of ma*****na in this state, as well as other states," Dr. Eugene Izsak, director of the Pediatric Emergency Department at ProMedica's Russell J. Ebeid Children's Hospital, said.
