As the neck ages, many people are under the impression that they only need to tighten loose skin. However, fat and platysma muscle must also be addressed to get a more complete result. Now, using a combination of liposuction followed by subcutaneous skin tightening technology, and release and tightening of the muscle with a permanent suture lift we can address all components of the aging neck, PERMANENTLY!

Unlike you typically see with "threads" which are temporary and incomplete, commonly seeing little to no result (which is why we do not offer them), with the pēkoMD limited scar neck lift you can get complete and permanent results. The process starts with a consult. In person, virtual, or both. We discuss your goals and also your breasts and the parts you love and the parts you would prefer to see changed. We talk about times in your life you loved your breasts and what has changed. Perhaps you never loved them and we are making new breasts. Whatever it is, I want to understand the journey.

Next, we help you through choosing your ideal breasts by identifying photos of your ideal breasts and what it would take to achieve those goals.

Our patient care coordinator then helps you find a date and time that fits your life to make your dreams a reality.

Finally, on your day of surgery, you come to our private ambulatory surgery center, unless you prefer a hospital setting, where we have a room full of every implant shape and size and every tool and gadget necessary to help me deliver to you the breasts you always wanted. You recover and are walking to your car typically within an hour after your surgery. Back to the comforts of home with details written instructions of everything you wanted to know, and more!

The kids go off to school and this mom decided to finally do something for HER. She works out daily. Eats right. Can not seem to get her pre-baby breasts or belly back. She just wants to LOOK as good as she FEELS.

Even though the result is early, her wish has been granted. The glowing smile when she comes into the office is enough to carry all of us at for the whole day!

Breast augmentation, while safe and one of the most reliably happy patient populations, needs to be performed following a series of steps that are often neglected by some poorly trained surgeons who look for corners to cut in order to save time or expense. Choose your surgeon wisely. Do not cut corners while doing your research. You will thank me later. I look forward to meeting you. 😉
