Earlier this week, hundreds of Zepf Center staff came together for our annual Town Hall meetings. These sessions give staff the opportunity to reflect on the impact we've made, hear exciting updates for the year ahead, and connect directly with our leadership team.

We’re grateful for every one of our staff members and the passion they bring to our mission each day. Here’s to another year of growth, connection, and care!

When the clocks fall back and the days grow darker, our mood can shift too. For some, it’s more than a seasonal slump: it’s Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD).
SAD symptoms might include feeling extra tired, losing interest in the things you usually love, struggling to focus, or noticing changes in your sleep and appetite.

If you or someone you know is experiencing SAD, help is available 24/7 with Zepf Center Crisis Care.

Whether you want to talk by phone, come see us in person, or connect with our team out in the community, our services are available day or night. Call 419-904-2273 to speak with our trauma-informed team!

Holiday fun shouldn’t come with hidden risks.

Did you know 1 in 6 teens have gambled in the past year, despite age restrictions? What may seem like a harmless stocking stuffer can actually introduce kids to unhealthy habits early on.

This season, choose gifts that build joy, not risk. Lottery tickets aren’t for kids.
