In Matthew 25, the man who received one talent from his master let fear skew his perspective of the power he possessed.

What he didn’t understand is that when God gives you power, it is not purposeful not risky; productive and not punishment; and safely dangerous ( the power will not hurt you or others but has the capacity to build and destroy when necessary).

Don’t let fear keep cause you to not be a good steward of the power God has given you. Will you bury your power or will you use it and watch it grow?

If you’re walking in vision, you can’t let just anything shape your mindset. Philippians 4:8 gives us the exact filter: Is it true? Is it noble? Is it pure? Is it praiseworthy?

So before you entertain the doubt, replay the failure, or agree with the fear — ask: does this align with the vision God gave me?

Your thoughts shape your mindset.
Your mindset shapes your movement.
If it doesn’t align with Philippians 4:8, it doesn’t belong in your head.

What can I say about this weekend?

First, I want to start by saying thank you to Keyon Clinton ( )for the opportunity to grace the stage at the 1% Better Speakers Conference. Thank you for believing in me. Thank you for pushing me. Thank you for all the wisdom and knowledge you poured into. This is just the beginning of the work God is calling us to do together.

Thank you to my bestie for being there for me this entire weekend. I wouldn’t have made it without you!

To everyone who supported near and far, thank you!

Last but certainly not least, THANK YOU GOD! Thank you for helping me to see that all the suffering I’ve endured was because you created me for IMPACT! Thank you for helping me see the lessons in a moment of frying some chicken for my grandparents one last time. My suffering was all for a purpose.

There’s more to come…this is just the beginning!

Tomorrow is the day! The 1% Better Speakers Conference.

Since January, I’ve worked on refining my coaching framework & perfecting my speech to the best of my ability. I’ve used the constructive criticism provided to make me better and not as if I’m less than.

I’ve spent time with God, hearing Him clearly and developing tools that will help people realize the true IMPACT they’re called to make. Conference attendees will be the 1st to purchase my 1st devotional (more on this later).

All roads lead to the 313 where I will simply let God have His way. This one is dedicated to Danny Aaron & Brunell R Aaron. I hope I’m making you proud.
