42 days until spring! 🌱Be patient with yourself as you synchronize your movements with your breath. With practice, it will all come together. Chime in below once you have done your 5 sun salutations and 1 minute plank! Yesterday, I did mine with some elementary school students at the The Art Tatum Zone after school program; I was so impressed with their perseverance!

Who is "in"?
Yogis at Just Toledo started this morning and we would love for you to join in on this countdown to spring - only 45 days until the Spring Equinox! Over the next 45 days I will post videos and information about the different versions of the Sun Salutation and Plank Pose. Let's learn and have fun together as we stay strong this winter!

Fun facts about when spring starts:
- Punxsutawney Phil says spring starts on 3/16.
- Astronomical Spring states that the vernal equinox for the
Northern Hemisphere for 2026 will be on 3/20.
- Meteorological Spring states that spring starts on 3/1.

In the meantime, I am planning for spring classes and events and would love your input about the outdoor yoga classes at Toledo Botanical Garden. Last year we started in mid-April!
