Community of Hope Free Health Clinic Community of Hope Free Health Clinic exists to express the love of Christ by providing free quality healthcare to the uninsured and underserved.

CHFHC is a local faith-based non-profit healthcare organization that exists to provide free, quality healthcare to uninsured and underinsured in the River North District and Vistula Neighborhood. CHFHC will also provide needed follow-up care for ongoing medical conditions that are concerns for this population such as: diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. Donations can be dropped off at the clinic on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays 5:30PM-8:00PM
