Community of Hope Free Health Clinic Community of Hope Free Health Clinic exists to express the love of Christ by providing free quality healthcare to the uninsured and underserved.

CHFHC is a local faith-based non-profit healthcare organization that exists to provide free, quality healthcare to uninsured and underinsured in the River North District and Vistula Neighborhood. CHFHC will also provide needed follow-up care for ongoing medical conditions that are concerns for this population such as: diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. This Christmas, you can be part of continuing our mission.

Just $97 provides complete patient care for one person — including their visit, labs, initial prescriptions, and the opportunity for spiritual care. Already this year, more than 250 patients have picked up a Bible during their visit.

As we look to the year ahead, our goal is simple:

to say yes to as many patients as possible in 2026.

Would you prayerfully consider how many neighbors you can provide hope and healing for?

$485 → Care for 5 patients
$970 → Care for 10 patients

Your year-end gift ensures that when someone in our community walks through our doors — anxious, hurting, or unsure where to turn — they receive compassionate medical care and the love of Christ.

The Tuesday after Thanksgiving is Giving Tuesday.

After reflecting on what we are grateful for in our own lives, this day is a chance to give to charities and non profits so that other people may be able to have those same things that we just gave thanks for.

Christie recently moved to Toledo, feeling overwhelmed physically, mentally, and emotionally. She shared with a pastor how she was feeling dizzy, anxious, struggling with untreated high blood pressure, unmedicated ADHD, was without insurance and didn't know where to turn. The pastor told her about Community of Hope Free Health Clinic.

Over 1,200 patients are anticipated to come to the clinic in 2026, seeking healing (physically, mentally, and spiritually) and hope!
