I want to clarify my concern for criminal corruption by this Judge in concert with Wayne Belmont Lincoln County Council and Onno Husing Lincoln Country Planner and the Board of Commissioners at the time.
This is a very desturbing situation I found myself in when we followed our due dillegence in the placement of a Medical Dispensary at 41 Olalla. Rd.
From the transcript it was clear. I had only had the privledge of knowing of the one hearing to prepare for trial. All the rest was done without my understanding .Then the week before the trial, I had supenas prepared and I served the lincoln County Commissioners, Onno Husing, Wayne Belmont all into court.
My Hearing was postponned immeadiatly and they County along with Judge Branford made sure I never got to this day a chance to cross examine their deceptions and sworn perjury by Onno Husing Lincoln County Planner that started this with a lie.
In his sworn statement he states he learned of my facility after we were in operation. That was the first lie as 3 of us came to the Lincoln County Planning Department prior to signing even a lease on 2-10-14 after speaking to Lincoln County Planner Onno Husing and going over maps and outright use.
He was unaware at the time that Doug Hunt Lincoln County Commissioner lived next door to this building. He and the landlord had a long standing issue. I learned of this later by Krystine Yuelle as she took me aside and said Doug Hunt had a restraining order placed on him and could not step on the property. That was my first hand knowledge. The Good Ole Boys taught me no one crosses their path without paying with everything you have.
3.5 yrs harrassed as a legal medical facility and being the only dispensary harrassed by this Lincoln County group of elected and legal officials. So in June I had gone to a ceremoney. I lost my oldest daughter during this tragic time and when I return there was an eviction waiting.
7-4-2017 I returned from a Ceremony and met with an eviction. On 7-5-2017 after being caught totally off gaurd and was told my legal standing was lost with the building as a OMMP licensed Medical Dispensary serving over 2000 patients. I waslked in and in a civil protest, removed my dress as an elder, who just lost her daughter and her family resources. I was met with disrespectful comments of "She did a strip tease." on facebook media as a commissioner.
8-10-17 as my son and I packed up and sold our stock, office furniturs , security systems on and on. Lincoln County continued the case forward. The last communication was June so on this transcrription I just found is this appeal and my Attorney is present yet never offered any defense. yet on the 160 pg decision Iit states I was Pro Se unrepresented. Then another lawyer enjoins us and then me pro se. Non of which is true. the first thing Judge Branford asks 8-10-17 who is present and David Moule answers. I was set up

There are many issues and bar complaints will be filed. I have also filed an ethics complaint and Civil rights complain. No one women or a family in mourning should never been sold out as a group or is it rico when you have Elected officials and lawyers committ fraud?

There is a 160 page Appeal denial written by Miller Miller Nash Kellon Norwood and Condit which was filed as a pro se no representation 8-10-17 Corruption at its best.

My name is Cynthia M. George and I would like to speak with you on the corruption behind the illegal taking of one of the last licensed medical cannabis facilities in Oregon and one of the first.
I have an ethics complaint filed, A civil rights complaint filed against one of the 3 Lincoln County Commissioners but this goes deep within the Dept of Justice and your Attorney representing the Dept of Justice, Toby Tingleaf who committed perjury more than once in illegal filings enjoining me as I had been told I had no standing after receiving an eviction of the Medical facility Bldg and he represented the landlord. We need to talk. Wayne Belmont Crooked.
Behind the Lincoln County Commissioners one of whom had unclean hands. Doug Hunt next Door Neighbor. Also Lincoln County Planner who was the first to committ fraud and perjury.

I really do not want this administration in this cannabis issue but this was done to rid the State of Oregon of Medical and so Federal Law regulators OLCC can commit federal crimes and earn taxes.
