We’re going to follow your lead and kick off our Easter weekend a little early too, so we’ll be closing early today!

We’re so excited to welcome two amazing professionals to DOT on April 19th from 10–11 AM for a special mindfulness workshop for caregivers and children.🌸
Families will start and end the workshop together, creating a shared moment of connection and calm.

⭐️Parent breakout: Caregivers will join Penny Meeker for a Mindful Parenting session focused on practical tools, support, and real-life strategies!

⭐️Children’s breakout: Children will remain in the kids area with Jenn McCullough working on yoga, movement, and playful mindfulness skills.
Designed for children ages 3–6 and limited to 15 children for an intentional, small-group experience.
