Majestic Care of Pointe Place is proud to share Scott’s incredible Success Story!

Scott came to us in November 2024 with nothing but a hospital gown, a sheet, and a smile. From the very beginning, our team was committed to helping him rebuild his life. We assisted Scott in obtaining his birth certificate, ID, and Social Security card—important steps toward independence.

Once those essentials were in place, Scott partnered with Home Choice and our care team to secure an apartment. After more than a year of hard work and perseverance, Scott is thrilled to return to the community and start a new chapter. His gratitude and bright smile say it all!

Congratulations to Scott and the dedicated team who helped make this incredible journey possible. We wish him the very best in his new adventure!

In loving memory of Eric Carlisle, we invite you to join us for a special memorial in his honor. 💙

Eric was a beloved Care Team member who dedicated 16 years of service to our community. He will always be remembered for his infectious laugh and the joy he brought to residents and coworkers alike. Please join us on December 15th at 6:00 PM as we rename and dedicate one of our units in his remembrance. Dessert will be served as we come together to celebrate his life and legacy.
